Martha is a native Southern Californian with deep roots in Cuban culture. Born and raised in sunny SoCal, she was brought up with a strong sense of connection to her family’s Cuban heritage and native Spanish language. She is an experienced agent of over 23 years and a notary public. Prior to her real estate career, Martha worked in the legal field for over 20 years. Her legal experience coupled with her real estate expertise has given her an edge over the competition in understanding all facets of the industry and navigating the complex process of real estate.

Whether she is being called to represent a listing or simply fielding questions about the local real estate market, title transfer tax implications or probate, Martha is always available to speak with past, current, and prospective clients. She enjoys the opportunity to act as a resource and an advocate in many circumstances a home may be listed for sale, such as moving up, down, relocation, trust sale, probate, or an investment property 1031 exchange. She provides her clients with education, information and resources so they can make an informed decision.

Martha also has vast knowledge when it comes to probate, trust and conservatorship sales. She works together with Estate attorneys and Fiduciaries in assisting clients with the probate process which can be complex and overwhelming to clients.

In an industry where authenticity can be hard to find, Martha stands out among the competition as a trustworthy professional, connecting with her buyers and sellers on a personal level. She is a hands-on person who is always available for her clients and easy to get a hold of. She is compassionate, empathetic, problem solving and personable.
